Adjustable Power Supply with Charger Output

You can adjust the output voltage from 0V up to 12V with variable resistor R2. This circuit can handle a 1 ampere current. The 317 must have a heat sink. The charger output is 6V, you can use the charger to charge your mobile phone battery.
